CONFEREE SELECTION

Educators are competitively selected. IRTS wants to invest in those who are most passionate about teaching the next generation of communicators, as well as those who look to apply their knowledge in ways that can benefit curriculum or the academic community at large. We recognize that the program has benefits for both highly accomplished faculty members, as well as for those who are just beginning to carve a niche for themselves-- we therefore strive for balance in making our selections. IRTS provides a level playing field, where university educators from schools that vary in size, location, philosophy, and approach all have an opportunity to hear from those at the forefront of our industry.
